Macamadia

Tick tock tick tock. The minutes turn into hours, the hours into days and the days into months. But patience, as they say, has its rewards. Seven long years after a seedling is first planted in hope, the fully-grown macadamia tree is ready, at last, to give up its bounty. Ripened to perfection, harvested by hand and gently roasted to enhance its natural flavour, the macadamia nut is a rare treat.

Deliciously creamy, satisfyingly crunchy, sensationally different. Indulge yourself with the unique taste and texture of the world’s finest nut.

All of our macadamia is sourced from our own estates in Malawi ensuring quality is maintained throughout. Producing over 40% of the country’s macadamia we continually seek to add value at origin for the benefit of staff and our hosts. The highest quality is assured by watchful eyes and skillful hands, while our commitment to caring for the environment sees to it that nothing is wasted:

  • The macadamia nut husks are recycled and returned to the fields to help feed next season’s harvest.
  • The macadamia shells are used to provide power to conserve the local forestry.
